These Terms govern Prospect Cards Ltd.'s ("Prospect Cards," "we," "us," or "our") website, drop alerts, athlete applications, organization inquiries, and contact features. Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information that you have authority to submit.

Age and submissions

The site is not intended for children under 13. Adults aged 18 or older use the adult athlete application. A parent or legal guardian must submit the guardian application for athletes aged 13–17. An athlete or organization submission is an inquiry only. It does not guarantee selection, a card, compensation, endorsement, representation, employment, confidentiality, or another relationship. Any collaboration requires a separate written agreement. Application submissions do not subscribe you to marketing.

Alerts and consent

You may separately select SMS alerts, email alerts, or both. Giving us a phone number or email address alone does not create marketing consent. Selecting SMS alerts authorizes recurring automated promotional texts to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and contact ops@collectprospect.com for help. You may stop email alerts using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting Support.

Storefront information

Shopify hosts this storefront and processes visitor and transaction information to operate its services, including enhanced services using interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify. Information may be shared with Shopify and service providers in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains these uses and the available privacy choices.

Current release previews and supplied artwork are not promises of availability, price, dates, contents, odds, signatures, serialization, or shipping timing. The terms and confirmed details for a purchasable release will be provided before it opens. Contact ops@collectprospect.com with questions.

Site content and conduct

The site name, logos, card designs, artwork, photographs, copy, layout, and other content belong to Prospect Cards or their respective owners. We give you a limited, revocable permission to view the site for personal, noncommercial use. No other license is granted.

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape or copy the site at scale, use the site to violate law or another person's rights, or misuse forms to send spam or abusive content.

The site may use or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services that we do not control.

Disclaimers and changes

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the site will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prospect Cards will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow it.

We may update the site or these Terms. Updated Terms apply when posted, with a revised effective date. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
