This Privacy Policy explains how Prospect Cards Ltd. ("Prospect Cards," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our storefront, request drop alerts, submit an athlete application or organization inquiry, or contact Support.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide. Collector signup requires a phone number; email is optional. SMS and email alerts are separate choices, and providing a phone number or email address alone does not subscribe you to either channel. Applications and inquiries do not subscribe the applicant, guardian, or representative to marketing.

Adult applications may include contact details, sport, school or team, general location, public profile links, the applicant's story, and an adult attestation. A parent or legal guardian may submit the separate guardian application for an athlete aged 13–17 using the guardian's own contact details. Athlete answers are stored with that submission.

We do not accept applications for children under 13. Do not submit their information. If it is submitted accidentally, email ops@collectprospect.com to request deletion without sending additional child information.

How we use information

We use information to provide alerts you selected, review and respond to applications and inquiries, operate and secure the site, prevent misuse, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.

How information is shared

Shopify hosts this storefront and receives its Shopify Forms submissions. Shopify services and our service providers process information to operate the site and support these purposes. Service providers may process information in other countries.

Shopify Network Intelligence is currently enabled. Shopify may combine information from your interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization, business insights, and advertising features. Review Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify's privacy portal for Shopify's practices and choices.

Where applicable, use our data-sharing opt-out page or contact Support to request an opt-out. Shopify's native controls recognize supported privacy preferences, including Global Privacy Control where applicable.

Retention, requests, and security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable records, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing ops@collectprospect.com with the subject Privacy request. We handle verified requests as required by applicable law.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet system is completely secure. We may update this policy and will post a revised effective date.
